What LED furniture can you hire in Bali?
AAA Events Group carries a complete glow-in-the-dark event set: LED bar counters in straight, half-round and full-round forms, an LED DJ booth with the table built in, cocktail and coffee tables, cube chairs and loungers, floating pool balls in four sizes, tube-light sets, panels, arches and a 200×250 cm LED Balinese gate that turns the island's traditional entrance into something futuristic. Every piece is made from dove acrylic and lit with RGBW LEDs, so the whole set can hold one colour or move through a palette on command. Most pieces are battery-operated — no cables across a villa lawn, no power run to the pool deck. This is furniture that does the lighting design for you: after dark, a standard villa becomes the venue guests photograph all night. How much does LED furniture cost to rent in Bali?
From Rp 50,000 for an LED centerpiece to Rp 6,000,000 for the full-circle LED round bar counter. The most-booked pieces sit in between: LED cube chairs at Rp 300,000, cocktail tables at Rp 350,000, floating LED balls from Rp 300,000 (30 cm) to Rp 850,000 (70 cm), and the LED DJ booth at Rp 2,000,000. Prices are per event; delivery is quoted per venue.
Do LED balls really float in a pool?
Yes. Our LED balls are waterproof and float — that is exactly how they are designed to be used. Scatter a mix of 30, 50, 60 and 70 cm spheres across a villa pool and the water becomes the light installation. They are battery-operated with RGBW colour options, so there are no cables in or near the water.
Can I set the LED furniture to match my event colours?
Yes. Every piece is lit with RGBW LEDs and offers changing colour options — lock the whole set to a single brand colour for an activation, drift slowly through a palette for a wedding after-party, or run colour-change modes for a dance floor. One look across bars, tables, chairs and pool spheres.
Does LED furniture need power at the venue?
Most of the collection is battery-operated — LED balls, cube chairs, cocktail tables and centerpieces run cable-free all night, which is why they work on lawns, beaches and pool decks. Larger pieces such as the DJ booth and bar counters are positioned near power; where a venue has none, we rent generators from 20 to 100 KVA with operator and fuel included.
