How much does a dance floor cost in Bali?

Dance floors are priced per 1×1 m module, so cost scales exactly with size: a 4×4 m wooden parquet floor is 16 modules at Rp 175,000 — Rp 2,800,000 total — while the same size in gold mirror is Rp 10,400,000. Every floor type we carry, at published rates:

What size dance floor do I need?

Two sizes cover almost every Bali event: 4×4 m for parties under 50 guests, and 5×5 m for 50 to 100. The rule assumes a third of your guests dance at any one time — enough space to move, never so much that the floor looks empty in photos. Because every floor is built from 1×1 m modules, we can also run rectangles along a pool edge, circles for first dances, and our wavy aisle panels — in white, black, mirror, gold mirror and holographic from Rp 400,000 per metre — for the walk down. Every installation includes levelling on grass, sand or decking and a finished ramp around the edge, so the floor reads as built-in, not rented.

Can you put a dance floor over the pool?

Yes — and in Bali it is the move that transforms a villa party. Our floating stages cover the pool with a solid platform on steel-and-aluminium framing, rated to 90 kg per module, in white, black, mirror and crystal-clear acrylic finishes from Rp 300,000 per module. The pool light glows through the acrylic after dark, and the dance floor sits exactly where the view is best. Full specifications, layouts and pricing are on our floating stage rental page. For glow on solid ground, pair any floor with our LED furniture collection.

Dance floor FAQ

How much does a dance floor cost to rent in Bali?

From Rp 175,000 to Rp 750,000 per square-metre module. A 4×4 m floor — right for up to 50 guests — runs Rp 2,800,000 in wooden parquet, Rp 3,200,000 in white melamine, Rp 6,400,000 in mirror and Rp 12,000,000 in LED infinity. A 5×5 m floor for 50–100 guests is 25 modules at the same per-module rates. Delivery and installation are quoted per venue.

What size dance floor do I need for my guest count?

Use our stock recommendation: 4×4 m (16 modules) for events under 50 guests, and 5×5 m (25 modules) for 50–100 guests. Not everyone dances at once, so these sizes keep the floor full without crowding it. Floors are modular 1×1 m panels, so any rectangle is possible, and every floor is laid with a finishing ramp around the edge.

Can you add our initials or a monogram to the dance floor?

Yes. A custom initial sticker is Rp 500,000 per square metre, applied to the finished floor — most couples brand the centre 1–2 m² rather than the whole surface. The mirror and white melamine floors carry monograms best. For complete coverage in your own artwork, the printed dance floor at Rp 350,000 per m² prints edge to edge.

Which dance floor works outdoors on grass or sand?

All of them — outdoor events are most of what we do in Bali. Our crew levels the modular subfloor over grass, decking or compacted sand before the surface goes down, and every floor edge gets a ramp. For wet-season events we advise a tent or covered area for the mirror, holographic and LED floors; timber and melamine are the most forgiving in open weather.

Can a dance floor go over the swimming pool?

Yes — with a floating stage rather than a standard floor. Our pool cover platforms carry up to 90 kg per module on steel-and-aluminium framing, with black, mirror, clear acrylic and white finishes made for dancing over water. It is the signature Bali move: the pool becomes the dance floor. See the full system on our floating stage rental page.

How do I book a dance floor and check availability?

Every floor has its own product page with live availability — set your delivery and pickup window and the site checks our real stock for those exact hours. A 50% deposit reserves the floor; the balance is settled the day before your event. We deliver, install, level and collect across Bali — Uluwatu, Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud, Nusa Dua and Sanur.
