Choose acrylic when the venue's view is the backdrop and you want a modern, editorial look: the clear frame vanishes in photos and takes any palette. Choose the bamboo arch — a handcrafted A-frame, 450 cm wide by 250 cm high, at Rp 5,000,000 — when the brief is organic, tropical and textural; it is the piece planners book for jungle villas in Ubud and barefoot beach ceremonies. Rp 3,800,000 for the 3×3 m, Rp 4,800,000 for the 3×4 m and Rp 5,800,000 for the 4×4 m — all 3 m tall, in clear acrylic. The 4 m round acrylic pergola is also Rp 5,800,000, and a single clear acrylic arch starts at Rp 1,250,000. Prices are per event; delivery and installation are quoted per venue.
Why choose a clear pergola instead of a traditional arch?
Because in Bali the backdrop is the point. A clear acrylic pergola frames the ceremony without blocking the ocean, cliff or jungle behind it, makes the venue feel larger, and works with any colour palette. Your florals appear to float — the structure carries them without competing. It photographs cleanly at every angle, in daylight and after dark.
Does the acrylic pergola stand up to wind at cliff-top venues?
Yes, when installed correctly — which is why our own crew installs every pergola. The structure is weighted and braced on site, and we position it with the venue's wind exposure in mind. We work cliff-edge venues in Uluwatu weekly and advise on placement during the quote. For extreme exposure, the lower-profile acrylic arch is the safer silhouette.
Can florists decorate the pergola?
Yes — the frame is designed to carry floral installations, fabric and lighting, and every planner and florist we work with dresses it differently. Attachments must be non-drilling and removable. If you'd rather have one team handle it, AAA Events Group styles complete ceremonies in-house: request a proposal and we design the structure, florals and lighting together.
How do I book, and how far ahead?
Availability on the product page is live against our real stock — choose your size, set your delivery and pickup window, and reserve with a 50% deposit; the balance is settled the day before your event. For high-season dates (July–September and December), book 2–3 months ahead. Acrylic pergolas are among the most requested pieces we carry.
