Who provides wedding equipment rental in Uluwatu?
AAA Events Group is a Bali-based, Indonesian woman-owned event equipment house that services Uluwatu and the entire Bukit peninsula — Pecatu, Bingin, Padang Padang, Balangan and across to Nusa Dua. Access
Narrow lanes, stair paths and cliff-edge lawns rule out big trucks at the door. Our collection is modular — floors and stages break into 1×1 m panels our crew carries in by hand — so no Uluwatu venue is off the list.
Wind
The Bukit's onshore wind hits hardest exactly where the view is best. We weight and brace every structure on installation, advise on placement during the quote, and recommend low-profile pieces where exposure is extreme.
Power
Cliff villas rarely spare 25,000 W for a band, catering and lighting. We rent six generator sizes — 20 to 100 KVA, operator, fuel and installation included — so the music never depends on house power.

What do couples hire most for Uluwatu weddings?
The cliff wedding formula rarely changes — because it works. A floating stage over the infinity pool puts the ceremony between sky and ocean, from Rp 350,000 per module in white. An acrylic pergola frames the vows without touching the horizon, from Rp 3,800,000. A white melamine or mirror dance floor lands on the lawn for the reception, from Rp 200,000 per square metre. How much does delivery to Uluwatu cost?
Delivery is quoted per booking, based on your exact venue, access and the pieces on your list — a stack of LED furniture and a full floating stage crew are different jobs. Send your date and venue with your booking or proposal request and the delivery line is confirmed in the same quote, usually within the day.
Do Uluwatu cliff villas need a generator for a wedding?
Usually, yes. Most cliff villas carry 10,000–20,000 W of house power — enough for the villa, not for a band, DJ rig, catering and lighting on top. A 30 KVA generator at Rp 3,000,000 covers up to 25,000 W for 10 hours, with operator, fuel and installation included, and removes the single most common point of failure at a villa wedding. How does equipment get into villas with stair or lane access?
By hand, in modules — which is why our collection is built modular. Dance floors and floating stages break into 1×1 m panels, pergolas into poles and beams, bars and furniture into carryable units. Our crew has worked Uluwatu's narrow lanes, stair paths and cliff-edge gardens for years; tell us the venue name and we almost certainly already know the access.
What about wind at cliff-edge ceremonies?
Wind is the defining factor on the Bukit, and we plan for it. Structures are weighted and braced on installation, we advise on placement and orientation during the quote, and we favour low-profile pieces — the acrylic arch over the tall pergola — where exposure is extreme. Drapery and backdrops get rigged with wind in mind or swapped for solid alternatives. This judgement is included with every Uluwatu delivery.
Do you also serve Nusa Dua, Canggu, Seminyak and Ubud?
Yes — we deliver and install across all of Bali. Nusa Dua and Sanur resorts, Canggu and Seminyak beach clubs and villas, and Ubud's jungle venues are all regular routes; Uluwatu simply has the most demanding logistics, which is why we publish this guide. Wherever the venue, availability on every product page is live and a 50% deposit reserves your pieces.
